CANCELLATION POLICY: Registrations may be canceled (less a 10% processing fee) 1 week prior to event. A 50% refund will be assessed after the deadline. In lieu of refund, credit toward other MCPA District event can be granted and must be used within one (1) year of event. No refunds can be made more than 30 days after an event.

WEATHER POLICY: Seminars will NOT be canceled due to weather. Notification of your cancellation must be made to the MCPA Office within three (3) days after the event. Refunds (less a 10% processing fee) or credit toward other MCPA District event can be granted and must be used within one (1) year of event.
